When are you going to open?

As of November 10, 2025 we are open for business! We're open every day from 8AM to 5PM.

Do I need to book ahead or can I just drop in?

You're welcome to drop in anytime during our open hours! We do recommend booking online during weekends and school breaks to guarantee space. Reservations help us keep things comfortable for everyone.

What should I bring for my first visit?

Just bring yourselves and socks for the play area—that's it! We provide everything else. Forgot socks? No worries, we sell them at the front.

Is Prairie Pals suitable for all ages?

Our play space is designed for children ages 0-8 years, with separate zones for different developmental stages. Babies have their own safe area, and older kids have plenty of room to explore and burn energy.
